RUNNING
by: GIANKRISTIAN

-Running for a good cause is always great!

At 29 years of age, I ran the half marathon (21 Km or 13.1 MILES) in 68 minutes 48 seconds, averaging 3 minutes 16 seconds per KM or 5 minutes 15 seconds per mile.

It was the longest race I had run to date, as my distances were from a mile to 10,000 meters.

5 plus 5

I would have to give you guys 5 stars for the distance you ran, as well as 5 stars for the unselfishness you showed in doing it for a good reason as well.
