What are Your Health Stories?

Our goal at health Stories.org is to provide you with a reliable source (written in plain english) for a variety of health conditions, as well as to help you in achieving your utmost health and wellness.

All too often we take our own health, as well as that of our loved ones, for granted.

Through a healthy diet, exercise, positive thinking, and in some cases, even learning from other people’s experiences, all can be very helpful in getting and keeping you where you want to be -healthy wealthy and wise ...well, at least the first part.

A balanced diet is very rarely the top priority we all know that it should be, and as a result eating disorders, especially among teens and young adults, are a lot more common-place today than they were in the past.

-We all want to be physically fit, but the truth is -what we all really desire, is to look as if we are. The fact that we may have to watch what we eat ....and exercise to get physically fit and trim, well that can sometimes elude us.
