Gina,

You are so right. I had, and still have from time to time, to battle with my depression.

After I read your story, I started going for short walks whenever I felt down or depressed.

It is truly amazing how much better I felt after walking for a bit.

I never took it to the running scale that you did, but for me the walking (now daily) really works wonders for my outlook on things as well as my physical well being.
