A great time for your age. But I think your goal of 2,400 (an improvement of over 20%) is far too ambitious, you should aim at keeping the great shape that you already have.
I'm 53, doing 2270 and hoping to improve by 6% to reach 2400 which I consider more realistic.

Sorry, but I don't buy it.
I hope I'm wrong but I have a hard time believing you ran it in that time. That time is typical for a man in his 40's.

What else is there to say? I hope I'm still walking good when I reach your age, you must be a lifetime runner.
It just shows how good it is to be active and fitness conscious your whole life through.
