Eating and Walking

I eat meat, vegetables, and a little fruit. When I go to the store I only buy meat and vegetables and fruit.

I walk at the most 6 to 12 miles each day. I lose 2 to 3 lbs a week. You cannot cheat as it will effect your outcome of weight loss at the end of the week.

If you only eat meat, vegetables and fruit without the walking you will only lose 1 pound at the end of the week, and you have to do it a few weeks before it starts to work.

Who can't eat a steak and a salad and enjoy it?
